Steve was very friendly and professional. The job took the time he estimated, the price is also what he quoted me over the phone (actually $10 less), and it looks great. It only takes 1 hour to dry, it was quiet, and there was absolutely no smell. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids so I wanted something with little or no smell/ harmful chemicals. Also it is locally owned which is what I always look for.
